Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
